§1 General Provisions
This Regulations defines the general terms and conditions for placing Orders in the online store located at www.stark-house.pl (Online Store)

This Regulations has been prepared on the basis of applicable law:
- ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. – Kodeks cywilny;
- ustawy z 30 maja 2014 r. on consumer rights;
- ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. on the provision of services by electronic means;
- ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. on the protection of personal data.
§2 Definitions
The terms used in these Regulations have the following meaning:
Working days – Refers to weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery – Means the actual action of delivering the Goods specified in the order to the Customer by the Seller.
Klient – Means the entity for which services can be provided electronically.
Consumer – Means a natural person performing legal actions with the Seller not related to their business activity.
Seller – Represents FIXON IRYNA MUKOSII, Mazowiecka 57, 05-077 Warszawa, NIP: 1133178861, REGON: 542679041.
Product – It means movable items from the Seller's assortment.
Sales Agreement – Means a distance sale agreement for Goods.
§3 Using the Store
All intellectual property rights related to the Online Store belong to the Seller.
Minimum technical requirements: Internet Explorer 11, Chrome 39, Firefox 34 or newer.
To place an order, you must have an active email account.
§5 Goods and orders
All Goods are brand new, free from legal defects.
Customers can place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
After placing an order, the Seller sends a confirmation to the e-mail address.
§6 Payments
Prices are gross prices and do not include delivery costs.

- Online payment (BLIK, card, Apple Pay)
- Płatność za pobraniem
Online payments are provided by Stripe.
§7 Delivery
The Seller delivers within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Goods are delivered to the address specified in the order or to an InPost Parcel Locker.
The customer should inspect the shipment in the presence of the Delivery person.
§8 Returns
The Seller is obligated to deliver the Goods without defects.

Complaints are processed within 30 days.
§10 Withdrawal from the Contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days.
The seller returns payments within 14 days of receiving information about withdrawal.
The Ordering Party shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods."}
§12 Protection of personal data
The administrator of personal data is FIXON IRYNA MUKOSII, Tax ID: 1133178861.
Data is processed to fulfill orders.
Details in the Privacy Policy and GDPR Clause.
§14 Final Provisions
In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
Disputes are resolved by the competent common court.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations.
